When Pauline Edwards from Malvern discovered she'd developed celiac disease, it meant no more wheat, oats, rye or barley. Sticking to a gluten-free diet can be hard work, not to mention frustrating, as Pauline's favourite dish - fish and chips - was also off the menu because of the flour in the batter. When she learnt that Merchants Fish Bar in Bewdley was running gluten-free days, Pauline got straight on the bus and hasn't looked back since! last updated: 10/06/2008 at 15:42 You are in: Hereford and Worcester > Video Nation > Fish and Chips |
