When Pauline Edwards from Malvern discovered she'd developed celiac disease, it meant no more wheat, oats, rye or barley.    

Sticking to a gluten-free diet can be hard work, not to mention frustrating, as Pauline's favourite dish - fish and chips - was also off the menu because of the flour in the batter.

When she learnt that Merchants Fish Bar in Bewdley was running gluten-free days, Pauline got straight on the bus and hasn't looked back since!
