Peter Bowles met BBC Hereford and Worcester's Tony Fisher for a Pie and a Pint, and explained how playing the most evil man in the world in "Space:1999" led to some unwanted attention.

He became famous in the late 1970's and 80's for playing upper class characters in sitcoms, starring in many television comedies including "To the Manor Born" and "The Irish R.M."

Peter was also a regular in "Rumpole of the Bailey" and has appeared in episodes of "The Prisoner" and "The Avengers" as well.
