Perry Foster and R&B Jones top the bill at the Malvern Blues Night at the Foley Arms on Monday 26 March.

Perry Foster has worked with many blues legends including Sonny Boy Williamson and Howling Wolf. His distinctive slide guitar playing and powerful vocals recreate the mood of traditional country blues.

R&B Jones consists of Rod Jones who plays the harp and does assorted grunts, and Bob Jones (aka “Poor Bob), vocals & guitars. A typical playlist at an R&B Jones gig will  include Robert Johnson's Come on in my kitchen, St. Louis Jimmy Oden's Going Down Slow, Son House’s Governo Freight Blues and their own unique rendering of one of the oldest known blues numbers, John Henry.

Also on the bill are Paul Rose, Slidin’ Steve Thompson, 32-20 (Malvern Duo) and Mr Dan.
