Peace and tranquility

Give us your nominations for the most peaceful place in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The Campaign to Protect Rural England is so concerned about how noise is ruining people's lives it's drawn up a special map of the West Midlands to highlight and, hopefully, protect areas of tranquillity.

They've discovered the most peaceful part of the region is a triangular area between Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Kidderminster.

Howard Bentham's Breakfast Show on BBC Hereford and Worcester is looking at some of the more peaceful places in the two counties.

We want you to nominate where you think the most tranquil place in the two counties is.

It could be anywhere from the top of the Malverns to the bottom of your garden.

Send us your nominations in the box at the bottom of this page.

Why not take a look at some of these great 360 degree panoramic pictures of some of the other tranquil places in the two counties.
