Best known for winning the 400 metre hurdles at the 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona...

Sally Gunnell made a easy transition to her life in front of the camera after a highly sucessful career on the track.

She talks about her life over a Pie and a Pint with BBC Hereford and Worcester's Tony Fisher.

Sally is the only woman to have held the European, World, Commonwealth and Olympic 400 metre hurdles title at the same time.

She won two Commonwealth golds and a silver in 1990 - and also won gold for the hurdles in 1994.

Her greatest victory came at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona when as captain of the British women's team, winning a gold medal for the hurdles and a bronze for the relay.
