Julie is a life coach.
She works with either individuals or groups of people exploring what they want to achieve and what's holding them back.
She says: "From when we are born until today, we will have learnt many things, whether it's to ride a bike, drive a car or skills we need to do our jobs.
"We also develop ourselves through all our life experiences - confidence, assertiveness, humour and people skills."
Julie works with people to change their outlook on life if they believe they don't like where they are.
She says: "The exciting thing is, if we have learnt beliefs about ourselves that we don't like, we can un-learn them and make amazing changes in our lives."
Julie is helping BBC Hereford and Worcester during this project by:
