Saturday 9 September This morning the atmosphere at breakfast was really good - everyone was still on a high after beating France. We were all relieved and satisfied that we are through to the semi-finals. People were generally still pretty tired though, and used most of the day to rest and recover. A lot of the players went out to lunch, but we only went out locally as we needed to be back for our physio and massage sessions. In the afternoon we analysed yesterday's game. There were definitely lots of good aspects to our game, but at the same time there is also a lot we want to improve before we play Canada on Tuesday. Tonight, we've got a players' quiz. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow - don't expect an impressive performance! ENGLAND'S WORLD CUP SCHEDULE: September 8 England v France at St. Albert RFC, Edmonton. KO 5pm local time.
