Elton John gig - parking

Details of parking and the park and ride schemes for the Elton John gig in Worcester on Sunday 11 June.

There are two special park and ride ride schemes being run by the County Council for the Elton John concert at New Road.

Drivers coming from the North can use the Park and Ride on the Droitwich Road (A38)

Drivers coming from the South can use the Park and Ride at County Hall, Spetchley Road.

First departures from both Perdiswell and County Hall are at 2.30pm.

Buses will be waiting at New Road to transport fans back after the concert.

Prices for parking are £2 for the car and driver, and £1.50 for additional adult passengers.

Under-19 passengers are free with ID showing proof of age and passengers who are Worcestershire residents aged 60 or over, or who have a disability, also travel free with their concessionary bus travel passes.

Doors open at 4pm and the concert is due to end no later than 10pm -  last departures leave New Road at 11.30pm.
