One Inch Men
This Hereford quintet played a blend of groovy trance-rock, then dispersed into several other projects.
This is a sound that could only come from the big country. Three different 'front men' complimented hard, groove drenched trance-rock inspired by Kyuss, ZZ Top and the desolate, beautiful drone of farm machinery. Heavy fuzz guitars are powered along by a rhythm section that knows how to get down.
Trent, Jean Jean, Butch, Sergio and Sir Mo wanted to draw you close and shake you to your very soul.
Since One Inch Men, Jon went on to produce live sound for the Friday Session Introducing... on BBC Hereford & Worcester and now runs Shed Studios in Bodenham, Thom formed Big Nothing and Bayonets, while Tom played for The Lakes, How To Dress For Cricket and Small Engine Repair.
You can listen to all the latest music from across the two counties on the Friday Session, every week from 7pm, on BBC Hereford & Worcester.
