You might not believe it by the size of your bump, but your baby still has plenty of growing to do! If you're having twins, you won't be surprised to hear that space is getting pretty limited now, so expect fewer movements. If you're expecting a boy, his testicles are descending from his body down towards the scrotum.

If you're still at work, have you decided when you're going to take your maternity leave? You'll have another antenatal appointment this week. Ask your midwife for advice on dealing with all the niggles of later pregnancy - backache, indigestion and sleep problems, as well as the emotional rollercoaster! Your weight gain tends to be faster at this stage - it's normal to gain about a pound every week. And your bump will be pretty impressive by now. But if it's getting in the way of love-making, why not have fun trying different positions - 'spoons' (when you and your partner lie on your sides, facing the same way) is perfect.
Pregnancy health: suffering from lack of sleep? You're not alone. Most women experience insomnia in the later stages of pregnancy. Finding a comfortable position can be tricky. And just when you've found it you need to get up for the loo! Some mums-to-be have strange dreams about the baby and the birth. Talking about them can help you. Try relaxation and breathing techniques too - you may have learnt some in yoga, or simply ask your midwife for advice.
