Nurse and patient in a hospital ward

Inpatient checklist

Going into hospital for treatment can be daunting, but to help things go smoothly we've put together some questions to ask the ward staff and a list of items you should take with you.

The better prepared you are for your hospital stay, the less worrying it will be.

We've provided a list of useful questions that you can print off and take with you.

The list will launch in a new window. To print it, just right click on your mouse and select Print from the menu.
