Alyson Greenhalgh

Alyson is a dietician and nutrition academic. She's also a writer and broadcaster on food and health issues.

Her specialities include diet and cancer, dietary assessment, nutrition supplements and vegetarian nutrition. She's a member of the Nutrition Society and the British Dietetic Association.

Fiona Hayes

Fiona is managing director of sports software company SUMMIT Directions and a non-executive director of Sheffield TEC.

Her background is in sports and fitness, and education.

Rob Hicks

Dr Hicks qualified at St Mary's Hospital, London, and entered general practice in 1992. He's a part-time GP and a hospital clinical assistant in sexual health medicine.

His special interests are men's, women's and children's health, complementary therapies, nutrition and health promotion.

He appears regularly on TV and radio, and contributes to many publications.

Jay Hunt

Jay is a lifestyle expert, writer and TV presenter. Her credits include the BBC series Would Like to Meet..., Do or Diet and Spendaholics.
