Everyone gets a bit low when the nights start to draw in, but for some the change in daylight can trigger depression-like symptoms. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD), which also has physical symptoms, describes changes in mood due to changes in day length and weather. Ruby Wax talks to Stuart about how he manages the condition.

Ruby Wax majored in psychology at University of California, Berkeley. She later moved to England and launched a successful career as a comedian and presenter. Ruby has trained as a psychotherapist and is studying for an MA in Neuroscience.
