This 09/10 academic year, Grub Club will be introduced at universities all over the UK.
The scheme is a fun way to encourage students to look after their mental wellbeing and an excellent vehicle to put mental health and healthy eating firmly on the agenda at your university.
As a Welfare Officer, you can manage the launch and development of Grub Club at your location and the BBC will offer help and support along the way.
We'll provide you with materials to run a launch event and suggestions and ideas on how to make Grub Club a success!
To begin, you need to find out if your university has registered. If it isn't in the list, then contact us to find out how to get involved.
Once launched, email us the pictures from your Grub Club event and we'll publish the best ones on our website and facebook page.
If you're hosting a Grub Club event then share your details, pics and stories on Facebook.
