Charlie CrockerYou are in: Hampshire > BBC Radio Solent > Charlie Crocker > Wireless Women ![]() Charlie's confused but Judy's helping! Wireless WomenDo you know how to download photos from your digital camera? Do you know how to get music onto your iPod? Do you know how to use the iPlayer? Or is all this too confusing for you?! The Charlie Crocker Show is here to help! Wireless Women is a new feature on the Charlie Crocker show where computer-whizz Judy Goodlet teaches all you techno-phobes - and that includes Charlie Crocker! - how to cope with all the gadgets you own but don't know how to use. If we suggest a computer could be a gardener's best friend, you might look at us a little askance. Gardening software, websites, forums, all offer a wealth of practical advice and knowledge. What IS that pink flower. What WILL grow in that dark corner. What will my garden LOOK LIKE if I completely change the features? We don't know the answers - but we know where you can find out! As part of this series Judy will also be visiting clubs and classes around Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight to find out who else is offering help around the region. So please also contact us if you have a club you'd like to suggest Judy come and visit to get pointers from you too! Join Charlie and Judy on Monday 20th April, from 1.30pm for the Wireless Women. This week we're all a-twitter! Barrack Obama does it, the Queen does it, Dorset County Council does it! We'll be looking at what it is, why you might find it useful and how you Twitter. Marc Pritchard, from Dorset County Council, will be joining us why they decided to add it to their services, and what they use it for. last updated: 15/04/2009 at 15:54 SEE ALSOYou are in: Hampshire > BBC Radio Solent > Charlie Crocker > Wireless Women |
