Meet Penny Hobson who'll have a cracking view of the famous liner.  Penny Hobson Penny Hobson is from Southampton, but has been living Dubai with her husband since January. QE2 will be berthed just outside Penny's window. "Right in front of me they've recently been building a little bit of land, (well quite a big bit of land) - about 200 metres - and at the end of that is where the QE2 is going to be which is really exciting." BBC South's Transport Correspondent Paul Clifton visited Penny at her apartment as QE2 sailed into the United Arab Emirates on her final voyage. Watch her video below.
