Tartare of Salmon with Two Tiger Prawns
Tartare of Salmon
250g Chopped Salmon
Guy Baxter from Café de Paris
2tbsp Olive Oil
Heat oil in frying pan, add prawns and cook one side, turn over prawns and add the chopped shallots, lemon and lime juice.
