Rare Breed Local Pork, apple & sage burger

500g local free range pork mince
Burger Bun or Ciabatta
Can be prepared and formed in advance
1. Put pork into a large bowl, add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Whilst pattie is cooking toast bun. When cooked place burger onto one side of the bun, cherry toms, rocket & watercress, crème fraiche or mayo onto the other side.
