Sally Taylor's fun, lively and sociable Saturday morning show is the perfect way to start the weekend. The format is informal and relaxed, but it gets lively with an interactive audience of listeners in the studio each week. You are invited to have coffee with Sally, taste the food and get involved with the show as it's broadcast live. The weekend brings a chance to unwind and have fun, and the atmosphere in the studio is no different. There's regular guests, great live music, a resident comedian, food being cooked live in the studio - and much more. As the main presenter on BBC One's South Today, Sally has reported on almost every big news story over the past two decades. She was recently awarded the MBE for services to regional broadcasting, collecting the honour from the Queen at a ceremony in Buckingham Palace in December 2005.
