1. What exactly is bullying?

Lots of kids get bullied but very few admit to being bullies, possibly because they don't realise they’re doing it. Use this guide to help find out if you could ever have been seen as being a bully.

Remember bullying or hurting someone’s feelings on purpose is never OK, there is advice at the bottom of this guide on what to do if you think you are a bully or if you have been bullied.

3. Who would a bully target?

Many of us poke fun at our friends now and again. While Josh might think it’s just a bit of fun, being picked on every day can be very hurtful.

7. What should I do?

Remember, it's never OK to bully others.

If you think you have been bullying someone, try to apologise and be friends. If you can't talk to them, tell an adult you trust or a teacher. If you are being bullied you don't have to stand for it. If your bully is a friend try telling them how you feel, or speak to an adult who will be able to help you. There is lots of information about bullying in the links below.
