With the swimming finished all eyes turned to the track for more medals for Guernsey.
Things didn't start well on the track for Guernsey in the men's 4x100m relay event as despite finishing in silver medal place the team were disqualified, however in 4x400m relay event the Guernseymen came in first to get gold.

The men's 1500m saw Guernsey's medal haul increase further as Lee Merrien won gold and Lee Garland bronze and in the half marathon Stephen Dawes won silver losing out to former Olympian Janne Holmén.
In the women's events Martine Scholes won gold in the half marathon with a time of 1.23.29 while Louise Perrio finished third to win bronze. Guernsey narrowly missed out on a medal in the 4x400m relay finishing fourth behind the Shetland Islands.
Patrick Ogier celebrates his teams gold medal win
On the tennis court their was more success for the Guernsey pair of Patrick Ogier and Dom McClusky as they defeated the Isle of Man team two sets to one to win gold and in the team event Guernsey defeated the Cayman Islands to win another gold.
After yesterday's defeat at the hands of Jersey Guernsey's men's football team pulled out all the stops to win a bronze medal five goals to nil against the Isle of Man.
There was medal success for Sark as well as Stefan Roberts picked up a silver in the men's Automatic Ball Trap with a score of 116.
