week BBC Gloucestershire will publish a tasty student recipe in

and cheap to make!
Cold
food surprise
Great for the summer term but a bit sad in winter. Out of the can
and into the bowl recipes have been favourites with students since
the invention of tin cans.

is a 'cold food surprise' recipe. No veggie substitute
for this one. |

Ingredients:
for two people
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 00 mins

tin of line caught tuna
1
large tin of new potatoes
1 small onion - very finely chopped
1 tin of red kidney beans
5 desert spoonfuls of mayonnaise
some chives
salt & pepper
Method
- Empty
the tin of tuna into a bowl.
- Add
onion, 3 spoonfuls of the mayo, the kidney beans and salt
& pepper.
- Use
a fork to make it all into a firm (not mushy) blend.
- Drain,
empty and halve the potatoes into a bowl.
- Add
the rest of the Mayo, the chives and some salt and pepper.
- Use
a wooden spoon to coat the potatoes with the Mayo
- EAT.
