The healing effects of reflexology
The
ancient healing art of reflexology has been known to man for many
thousands of years. It was first practiced by the early Indian,
Chinese and Egyptian people.
Gill Wilkinson will show you that congestion or tension in any part

of the body. Thus, when you treat the big toes there is a related
effect in the head, and treating the whole foot can have a relaxing
and healing effect on the whole body.

Yoga
Yoga
is an ancient healing art that begins with enhancing and preserving
the vitality and health of the body. It holds the key to self improvement
by attempting to create a state of mind thats clear, focused
and present in every action, helping us to avoid thoughtless repetition.
This enables us to make the changes we desire in life. Claire Beeley
will show you that Yoga isn't about just about standing on your
head or sitting in a fancy cross-legged position.
