12.30 – Acupuncture
Today it’s considered a "new alternative" medicine. In reality Acupuncture is a practised medical treatment that’s over 5,000 years old. Very basically, Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles on the body's surface, in order to influence physiological functioning of the body. David Burness will show you how this Chinese medicine can help you reduce stress.

1.30 – Mind Coaching
Mind coaching can take anything from a couple of concentrated hours to regular weekly meetings over several months - it all depends on the needs, expectations and goals of the individual client. The general approach taken to coaching is interactive, enjoyable, flexible and effective.

2.30 – The healing effects of reflexology
The ancient healing art of reflexology has been known to man for many thousands of years. It was first practiced by the early Indian, Chinese and Egyptian people.
Gill Wilkinson will show you that congestion or tension in any part of the foot mirrors congestion or tension in a corresponding part of the body. Thus, when you treat the big toes there is a related effect in the head, and treating the whole foot can have a relaxing and healing effect on the whole body.

3.30 – Yoga
Yoga is an ancient healing art that begins with enhancing and preserving the vitality and health of the body. It holds the key to self improvement by attempting to create a state of mind that’s clear, focused and present in every action, helping us to avoid thoughtless repetition. This enables us to make the changes we desire in life. Claire Beeley will show you that Yoga isn't about just about standing on your head or sitting in a fancy cross-legged position.

4.30 - Colour Therapy
Colour effects the molecular structure of the body, and as a result, this therapy can help to restore the overall balance of the body. Today Theo Gimbel will show you how to improve your health, vitality and energy using the right colours for you.
