12.00 – Biodanza

1.00 – Tai Chi
Altair de Almeida has been involved in Natural medicine for 27 years. He is a registered Acupuncturist and Shiatsu Teacher and practitioner. His study of Tai Chi began in 1980 with Master Chu King Hung, a lineage Master of the Yang Family. Today you can learn simple Tai Chi that you can take forward in your life.

2.00 – Thought Pattern Management
Graham Morris is the Director of Training Changes, the largest and longest-standing NLP body in the region, his background is mainly in Further Education, Mental Health and Social Services.

Alternative therapies can be pretty 'hands on'

"NLP - the most powerful vehicle for change in existence" wrote Psycholgy Today. He is also a Trainer of Thought Pattern Management and uses both approaches to work with STRESS and the causes of stress - where the real changes take place. Graham will teach you in thirty minutes how to effectively use your mind.

3.00 – Psycho synthesis Counselling
Mary Newberry , a trained councillor and therapist will take you on a guided visualisation that will help you to explore the stress which is hidden between the face that you show the world and the face that is the real you.

4.00 - Health Kinesiology
Balance your meridians, balance your life: energy medicine with a big future.

Giulia Boden BA KFRP has five years experience working using natural techniques to deal with allergies, nutritional deficiencies, physical and psychological problems.

She will show you how an unknown allergy to butter, the effects of a divorce, an overload of additives or pesticides or perhaps the body's inability to regulate sugar, or an internal body biochemical can effect your levels of stress.
