If you are planning an event, let us know the details and we'll publish them here.

BBC Radio Gloucestershire also wants to hear your stories. If your parents or relatives passed on their experiences to you, then we’d like to hear them too.

We’re putting together programmes reflecting the end of the war in Europe and the Far East, and we want to feature the stories of local people – whether from the frontline or the home front.
