Not a negative one - just a traditional part of town with
real community spirit like you might find on the read 'Old
Kent Road'. (And I'd always rather buy the cheaper properties
on the board - a proven winning tactic!)
Mayfair: Battledown Estate, Cheltenham Reason?
Huge posh houses (many with swimming pools, tennis courts
etc) on a private estate on the Charlton Kings side of Cheltenham.
You'd have to be a millionaire to buy here!
