How are you coping with the floods, water shortage and power cuts?

i didnot actually get flooded thankfully, but i know someone who was flooded and they have to wait till may next year before the council can start working on it because they live in a soverine house because they can not find their own house.never mind waiting for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!
