Wondered if you could give an event in 2008 some publicity. On Sunday 10 Feb 2008 the above Air Cadet Squadron is to celebrate its 50th Anniversary with a parade to St Michael's Church where the Squadron Banner will be re-dedicated. The Squadron is trying to contact as many former staff and cadet members of the squadron and to invite them along on the day. I grew up and went to school in Bishops Cleeve and returned there 17 years ago after being away for almost 10 years. Both my Parents and Grandmother still live in the village and it still maintains a community feel.The pictures of the porch room at the church remind me of many a happy evening spent there at the Church youth club in the 70s.
