Tutshill Primary School Students discover slavery is part of their local history.

Students from Tutshill find out how a slave owner who lived in nearby Chepstow was not quite what they expected. 

Rather then being a rich sugar plantation owner Nathaniel Wells was the son of one and an African slave woman. 

As a result he became one of the very few black slave owners and a prominent member of local society.
