Getting in

Don't bring what you cannot carry

What ID do I need to get into the Festival?

In previous years you were required to bring additional photo ID to get into the festival, but this has been replaced this year by the personalised tickets system.

All tickets will be personalised with a full colour facial image submitted during the registration process and checks will be made at the gates. If you are clearly not the person whose face is printed on the ticket you will be denied entry.

Every ticket holder will be required to present their personalised ticket. Children aged 12 and under, and "Child" ticket holders, must be accompanied by the adult ticket holder.

Keep your ticket secure

Look after your tickets; they're like gold-dust. In previous years, ticket-buyers have had their tickets stolen some distance from the Festival when they have stopped at service stations. So make sure you keep your ticket secure, and don't flash it around. Be prepared to show your ticket for inspection at car park entrances or when you're catching public transport or the shuttle bus. BUT, do not give your ticket to anyone, even if they look like stewards, until you reach the turnstiles.

Meeting up with your friends

Try to send your friends' tickets to them before they leave for the Festival, as it's practically impossible to meet at the gates. If you simply must meet up before the festival, it's advisable to do it at least five miles away from the site.
