Commonly grouped with the LDN sound of Jack Penate and Lily Allen, The Maccabees like Jack have added layers to their chirpy pop for their latest album. Not dissimilar to Canadians Arcade Fire or Clap Your Hands Say Yeah , it will be interesting to see if they can convert this intense new sound into a defining Glastonbury moment.

Why has nobody commented on this yet?! The Maccabees are the best live band I have ever seen and this performance is amazing!! They deserve a lot more praise and recognition than what they are getting at the minute. Wall Of Arms is a great new record and I hope there's still a lot more to come!! Love You Maccabees can't wait to see you on 12th July!!!x
