The Surrey singer-songwriter delighted the Glastonbury crowd with chilled out Sunday vibes and the now famous Bohemian Rhapsody cover.

The best gig at Glasto. was actually Newton's performance at the Guardian tent where we were fortunate to experience a close-up Newt and in temperatures of the highest fidelity. I am amazed at the passion which Newtons fans exude and which he responds to so well. The biggest disappointment for me was that my recording of DreamCatch Me which I made, was wiped clean from my camera and I am left with just a memory of a night where we celebrated Newtons talent and his popularity in 90 degree heat.

Easy listening music. That is the best way to some up the sound that is Newton Faulkner, he is so different to anything else out there. Lying back on the grass at the back of the ground letting the music help me drift off, i have rarely spent such a peaceful forty minutes.

Not really taken much notice of Newton until I saw him at Glastonbury - I'm now completely hooked. Fantastic performance! How can one guy be so talented and still come across really down to earth and 'normal'. Best set at Glasto and best I've ever seen live.

Didnt know much about Mr Faulkner other than the odd song on the radio but thought he put on a superb performance. Great sound and plenty of chat with the crowd. Just what i needed to go with the cider and sunshine.

Newton Faulkner gave an amazing prefomance as he sung every single note of every song it showed how passionate he is about his music and this just radiated out to the crowd who all seemed to love the show. With a mixture of his own songs and unique guitar playing style the bum de bapti widly smack smack as he put it, and a few covers it made for an outstanding performance. I mean anyone who can cover Bohemian Rhapsidy and get away with it is pretty special.
