Could not believe it! Joan was absolutley amazing!!!!!! I have seen her play at a few gigs before, but nothing comes close to her performance at Glastonbury 2008!! Next year she should get the Pyramid Stage! What a woman, with such a strong band!! Love ya Joan xxx

Joan Armatrading's Glasto set was quite simply awesome. She is without doubt one of the best live artist's in the world and has been for several years. This set was as good as music ever gets,a stunning guitarist, that soul drenched voice an absolutely crack band and songs from the new album'Into The Blues' plus great songs from her back catologue and an audience that soaked it up and wanted more. This was a highlight of the weekend on a stage that produced some pretty awesome music throughout the festival.
