Absolutely amazing - just gutted I had to leave to go meet my mates who were watching The Kooks and The Killers. I decided to give myself 1 more song before treking off through the mud (and getting lost twice) and then Heard it the the Grapevine came on - quality!!

Fantastic performance - stole the show. Interesting to see Michael Eavis in the front row and that JF is the first name mentioned in his commentary on the festival. He knows!

Unbelievable!! He was the best performer I have ever seen at Glastonbury!! He must come back. I am 24 years old, and I don't know any other performer that rocks as hard as Fogerty. His voice, WOW!

finally heard rockin all ove the world played as it should be :-)Truly, CCR and Fogerty are up there with the greatest artists. Shy they aren't recognised like the Stones and Police is nonsense. John Fogerty rocks the stage performances of both lead performances of our British performances.

JF certainly showed the young bands how to do it!40 years on and he can still sing and play better than most of the new bands that at Glastonbury.A real talent!

watched john foggerty on tv in the warm and dry but would much rather be there in the cold and wet he was mint and still sounds superb, best of the festivel so far for me

The great man was simply amazing, and certainlt didnt dissapoint. Backed by an amazing band his thirst for performing seemed unquenchable as he blasted out classic after classic and kept the fans happy. Barely pausing for breath between each number, snatching his next guitar from roadies in eagerness to belt out his next number he moved round the stage like a man half his age.Many bands at Glasto will be embarrassed by his performance and should be he oozed class and was a true entertainer, great to have him back.

john fogerty wiped the floor with all the other bands that played - all the hip trendy kook/arctic penguin type bands were given a pure demonstration in live performance and sublime songwriting - I wonder how many bands' songs who played at glastonbury will still be timeless classics in 40 years!! mmmmm

John Fogerty was the man behind Creedence Clearwater Revival. Most people are familiar nowadays with Bad Moon Rising and Proud Mary (which Elvis had a great smash with), but few realise how cool he was in his day. Creedence Clearwater Revival splitt just after 1970! It hard to keep a good man down and it is great to see him able to hear him sing those energetic vocals almost like he did back then. No getting away from fact he is no spring chicken.. means playing numbers like 'Suzy Q' seems less enchanting because of his age. However most of his best songs do not require youth to sound cool. They were at Woodstock and this must be a notable moment again for this amazing artist. Album recommendation from me; Creedence Clearwater Revival; 'Creedence Clearwater Revival' ; for an amazingly natural and amazingly cool chill out.
