This succulent has branching diamond-shaped leaves, which are dark green edged in creamy white. Occasionally shoots are produced that are completely white, adding to the appeal of this indoor plant. In early summer, bright yellow star-shaped flowers appear. It needs to be grown in loam-based compost with added grit in a sunny position. Water moderately at all times and feed three to four times between spring and autumn with a balanced liquid fertiliser.
