This is a striking hosta with deep olive-green leaves which have golden yellow margins. In sunnier positions, this margin fades to cream. In addition to its attractive foliage display, it also produces masses of lavender flower in summer. The Royal Horticultural Society have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM) which is for plants of outstanding excellence.
