Penstemons inject plenty of colour to the front of borders because they create decent clumps, with long lasting summer flowers in a wide range of colours. As the name suggests 'Flame' has bright, orange-red flowers, typically hanging up the length of the thin spires. It combines nicely with other penstemons like 'White Bedder' and the pale pink 'Evelyn'.
