Honeysuckles are vigorous growing climbers that will quickly cover a garden fence, pergola or old tree stump. This one produces attractive bright golden buds that open to reveal delicate white petals with a rich fragrance. Honeysuckles are often susceptible to mildew during dry summers. To prevent infection, incorporate plenty of organic matter in the soil at planting time and surround plants with a thick layer of mulch in spring.
