'Arnold Promise' is an unusual variety of hamamelis with bright golden flowers that curl up more than the common varieties giving it a delicate appearance. It makes a good addition to the winter border where it combines well with the bold stems of cornus, rubus and silver birch. Plants dislike disturbance once established so choose your planting site carefully.
