As you would expect from its name, this heuchera forms a loose mound of attractive almost black foliage with a pale silvery mottling in between the leaf veins. It makes an attractive addition to winter pots where it combines well with golden leaved evergreens and spring flowering bulbs. Heucheras tend to be susceptible to damage from vine weevils which will eat through the crown of the plant. Keep an eye out for signs of damage and treat with a suitable insecticide if necessary.
