This attractive euphorbia with maroon foliage is a sport of the popular variety 'Redwing'. Plants form attractive mounds of evergreen foliage that is the perfect compliment to the bright lime-green flowers that appear from March to May. 'Blackbird' is ideal for winter containers combining well with spring bulbs and winter pansies. Take care when pruning, as a white latex exudes from cut stems, which can irritate on contact with the skin.
