What to do
When the plant has finished flowering, remove it from its pot and divide by pulling above ground bulbs and roots apart. Use a knife if the roots are tough.
Make sure each piece has three above ground bulbs.
Fill a pot, a little wider than the piece of orchid, with orchid compost. Plant the orchid, off centre, with newest growth aiming towards the middle of the pot.
