Monday 3 December

Martin Blunos, Peter Gordon, Theo Randall and Clodagh McKenna were today's players.

Martin Blunos's Rump steak with beetroot purée, sautéed potatoes and sage fritters

Martin was forced to fold when he was dealt the unpromising combination of quinoa and whelks, but he redeemed himself in the final round against Theo Randall. Theo's steak dish was Italian-inspired, while Martin's had an Eastern European flavour. Watch a video guide to buying the best beef.
