Chefs bluffed and gambled their way to winning dishes in this BBC Two series.


Friday 30 November

Whole sea bass on a plate

Martin Blunos, Kevin Dundon, Andrew Turner and Jun Tanaka were today's players.

Andrew and Jun were the finalists, both cooking light fish dishes. Watch Mitch Tonks's video recipe for Sea bass roasted with rosemary and lemon.


Thursday 29 November

Atul Kochhar's Pan-fried duck breast with tomato pilaf

Atul Kochhar, Clodagh McKenna, Jun Tanaka and Aiden Byrne were battling it out today.

Jun and Atul made it through the final round and competed with two very different duck dishes. Watch Mike Robinson's video guide to poultry, which includes advice on what to look for when buying duck.


Wednesday 28 November

Matt Tebbutt's Roast pork with a warm borlotti bean and rocket salad

Matt Tebbutt, Paul Heathcote, Galton Blackiston and Atul Kochhar staked their reputations on today's game.

Atul's tricky hand forced him to fold, but Matt and Paul made it to the final round and cooked warming pork dishes. Watch Mike Robinson's video guide to buying prime pork.


Tuesday 27 November

Aiden Byrne's Baked aubergine with spiced lamb, caramelised onion and anchovy and basil beignets

Around the poker table today were Peter Gordon, Matt Tebbutt, Jun Tanaka and Aiden Byrne.

Monday 26 November

Tuna steaks on a griddle

Today's players were Atul Kochhar, Martin Blunos, Jun Tanaka and Clodagh McKenna.
