Chefs bluffed and gambled their way to winning dishes in this BBC Two series.


Friday 23 November

Galton Blackiston's Fried squid with tomato and pepper compote, tomato salsa and dipping sauce

Today's gambling chefs were Noel McMeel, Matt Tebbutt, Peter Gordon and Galton Blackiston.

Galton and Noel paired their fried squid with punchy sauces in the final round. Watch a video recipe for Squid with mint, chilli, coriander and lime.


Thursday 22 November

Atul Kochhar's Lamb rogan josh with flatbreads

Simon Rimmer, Richard Fox, Theo Randall and Atul Kochhar were today's players.

Richard Fox's Moroccan duck tagine

Martin Blunos, Matthew Tebbutt, Noel McMeel and Richard Fox were today's culinary gamblers.
