Chefs bluffed and gambled their way to winning dishes in this BBC Two series.


Friday 16 November

Andrew Turner

Today's players were Atul Kochhar, Kevin Dundon, Andrew Turner and Nicholas Watt.

Kevin and Andrew both made the most of duck's affinity with sweet and sour flavours in their final-round dishes. Watch a video recipe for Five-spice duck breasts with honey and soy.


Thursday 15 November

Peter Gordon's Spiced chicken with aubergine and fennel salad

Martin Blunos, Peter Gordon, Galton Blackiston and Stuart Gillies were around the poker table today.

Peter and Stuart went for full-on flavour with their chicken dishes. Watch a video recipe for Pan-cooked chicken with tarragon cream sauce.


Wednesday 14 November

Maria Elia's Bangers with braised peas, sweet potato and pea mash, pea purée and sweet potato crisps

Allegra McEvedy, Maria Elia, Aiden Byrne and Paul Rankin took the gamble in today's show.

Today's players were Nicholas Watt, Kevin Dundon, Gennaro Contaldo and Martin Blunos.
