Add citrus zing to cakes, biscuits and soufflés with Mary Berry.
-Remove the zest from the lemon using a grater, make sure you remove the bright yellow zest and none of the white pith, which is bitter.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
