Decorating a cake with chocolate transfer sheets

Decorating a cake with chocolate transfer sheets

Edd Kimber shows how to decorate a cake with chocolate transfer sheets.

Chocolate transfer sheets are sheets of acetate with cocoa butter printed onto them.

Spread melted chocolate in a thin, even layer onto the sheets and chill in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Break the chocolate into large pieces and stick them around the edge of a cake already iced with chocolate ganache.
