Lemon curd gives this whisky cocktail a sherbety kick
2 tsp lemon curd
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 tbsp fresh lime
1 tsp vanilla syrup
1 tbsp white cacao
35ml/1fl oz whisky
Freshly ground nutmeg
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with nutmeg.
