Preparation method

  1. Place the basil and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker and crush lightly (muddle) with a long-handled teaspoon.

  2. Add the orange juice, watermelon chunks, sugar syrup and cognac. Add one scoop of the crushed ice and shake well.

  3. To serve, fill a tumbler with the remaining crushed ice. Strain the mixture into the tumbler. Garnish with the wedge of watermelon and the mint sprig.
